Microsoft Discover: Teams as a Platform

Spanish Point and Microsoft are pleased to offer a dedicated workshop to guide you to the many functionalities Microsoft Teams has to offer.

Microsoft Teams has been deployed at many organisations in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic ‘chaos’. The focus was mainly on audio and video. But Microsoft Teams is so much more! In our workshop we will tell you how to get more out of Teams as a platform.

Whether you work in the office or remotely, Microsoft Teams has many functionalities to simplify your daily activities and to work more productive. In this workshop we will focus on:

• Power Apps for Teams: we will talk about the role of Power Apps in Teams, the benefits of Power Apps, how you can create them yourself and how you can manage and control them.
• Power Automate: Power Automate is a convenient and simple tool within Microsoft Office365 to automate activities, processes and tasks, both within and outside of Teams.
• Virtual Agents: We will go through the types of virtual agents and how they make use of machine learning.
• 3rd party applications: learn more about the use of 3rd party applications within Microsoft Teams.
